The Education and Learning action group is one of the 9 groups which make up the Test Valley Partnership. It represents "the learning arm of the Test Valley Partnership". It brings together representatives of agencies covering the full spectrum of education and learning in Test Valley and is chaired by Jan Lefley, Community Education Manager for Romsey Community School.
