From 1st April 2009 Credit Card payments are no longer accepted.
Please note: Penalty Charges cannot be paid using the online payment service until the next working day after the charge has been issued to allow the information to be transferred to the Council's system.
Test Valley Borough Council's payments site operates over something called SSL (Secure Socket Layer), and is the industry standard for electronic payments.
How do I know if the site is running under SSL?
The address of the site will always start with 'https' and there will be a small yellow padlock in the bottom right of your toolbar.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes - all data is encoded before it leaves your browser and can only be read by the certificated server (controlled by the Borough Council).
