The Council currently receives around 2,400 planning applications each year. 
 
Planning Portal for information on the planning application process, when planning permission is required, and frequently asked questions (FAQs)
 
 
Go to PublicAccess for a comprehensive information service including
  • current applications - view information and documents, review progress and make comments online
  • decided applications - view information and documents, and review appeals status
  • use our map based system to review planning information about property in Test Valley
  • weekly lists of applications and decisions (for current week and 7 previous weeks)
  • user specified searches to extract a range of information
  • submit applications online (Available through the Planning Portal).
