Measuring our progress
The Council uses a series of corporate indicators to measure how we are doing.
The indicators reflect the four main aims of our Corporate Plan which itself was developed in consultation with the community.
They measure the things that are important to the Council and the things that matter most to our customers. They provide a summary of how the Council is performing through the services it directly provides and the projects it is taking forward.
