The Declaration of Results for both the Borough and Parish elections can be found on the right hand side of this page.
All other notices that relate to these elections and which have previously been published can also be found on the right hand side of this page for information.
Following the recent Ward Boundary Review in 2017 that was carried out by the Local Government Boundary Commission (LGBCE), the elections held in May 2019 will be for the 20 new Test Valley Borough Council wards:
|Ampfield & Braishfield||Bourne Valley|
|Andover Downlands||Charlton & the Pentons|
|Andover Harroway||Chilworth, Nursling & Rownhams|
|Andover Romans||Mid Test|
|Andover St Mary’s||North Baddesley|
|Andover Winton||Romsey Abbey|
The changes arising from the 2017 Review were given legal force by the Test Valley (Electoral Changes) Order 2018. The maps referred to in that order can be found here. Following the LGBCE's review, the Borough Council subsequently carried out a Community Governance Review in 2018. Although focussed on parishes, the changes proposed under this Review included recommendations for “related alterations” to Borough Ward and County Division boundaries (as set following the 2017 LGBCE review). These proposed related alterations were accepted by the LGBCE in November 2017, and given legal force in the Test Valley (Electoral Changes) Order 2019.
