External Brake Testing Service
The Council owns a fleet of vehicles (of various types and sizes) that it needs in order to carry out its duties. The Environmental Service provides vehicle management, servicing and repairs for this fleet from its base at West Portway in Andover.
External Brake Testing Service
The Environmental Service also provides a public service for the testing of brake efficiency (brake roller test) for Heavy Goods Vehicles and other vehicles. The current cost is £28.50 per axle.
