Discretionary Rate Relief
The Council offers discretionary rate relief. Further information is available in our policy.
In order to claim discretionary relief, you must complete an application form. This can be completed online or you may download the application form. Alternatively, you may ask for a paper copy to be posted to you by emailing businessrates@testvalley.gov.uk.
