The Council's Corporate Plan
2007-11, 'Maximising Impact', sets out our six strategic priorities
for improving quality of life in Test Valley over the next four
years and beyond. Our emphasis is on making the most of our
available resources and transforming the way we work, to provide
even better value for money and effective service delivery.
The Plan sets out the Council's ambitions and priorities so that
they can be understood and owned by all of its staff and
councillors - and are clear to those organisations with whom it
works in partnership and to members of the public.

This Action

delivery in the coming year, along with medium term plans
to deliver the Council's priorities for improving quality of life
for all in Test Valley.
