Parking

The Council is responsible for traffic management in Test Valley on behalf of the County Council. One of the functions under this role is to manage parking provision.

The Council manages its own public pay to park car parks. Also manages private parking for Testway Housing.

The Council is responsible for the introduction and enforcement of on-street restrictions of single yellow lines, loading bays and school zig zags.
