Better Balance for Life Workshop

Learn how exercise can become a regular part of any older persons activities.  The course if free to the following groups working with older people in the Hampshire County Council area - Voluntary, Charitable and Community Groups, Sheletered Housing and Extra Care Schemes.  For all other including private Care Homes there will be a charge of £25.00 per person.
