Free Insulation Scheme ends 31 March 2012

Funded by Scottish Power, Hampshire County Council and Test Valley Borough Council are working in partnership to bring residents Insulate Hampshire.

Installing home insulation can offer savings of over £300 a year *** and until 31 March 2012, cavity wall insulation and loft insulation is FREE OF CHARGE** subject to a free, no obligation technical survey provided by the scheme.

Insulate Hampshire can also help advise you on installing solar panels and refer you to other community services such as benefit entitlement checks and home safety visits.

**Where there is currently less than 60mm (2 1/2 inches) and is subject to extra meterage charges
