Registered Housing Providers (RPs - otherwise known as Housing Associations)

Test Valley Council work in partnership with Registered Providers (RPs) to build new affordable homes, which when built are then owned and managed by the RP.  The Council have a list of preferred partner RPs for new housing developments, as follows:

• Soverign Housing
• Spectrum Housing
• Synergy Housing
• Sentinel Housing
