Grants
We have a number of different grants available for home owners and tenants to help towards the cost of making essential repairs or adaptations to their homes.
- Disabled Facilities Grant If you are a disabled and experiencing difficulties in your home then grant-aid may be available to assist you.
- Empty Property Grant If you own property that has been empty for more than 12 months and are interested in letting it to Council-nominated tenants for five to ten years, you may be eligible for an Empty Property Grant.
- Home Improvement Grants Home improvement grants of up to £5000 are available for eligible home owners.
