How to Request Pest Control

Contact us by telephone (our details are at the foot of this page);

Information we will need from you:

  • your full name;
  • full address including your postcode or the location of your problem;
  • your home telephone number and a number which we can contact you on during normal office hours if this is different;
  • details of the problem.

Payments

Payment must be made in advance of any treatment undertaken.   See our Service charges for details of the fee. Payment can be made via telephone using a debit card (please note we do not accept credit cards).  If you do not have a debit card you must pass payment to the Pest Control Officer (either cheque or cash) prior to commencement of treatment. 

Treatment Process

Following your request for treatment, the Pest Control Officer will contact you to arrange a suitably convenient time.  Please ensure you are available when he visits as failure to do so may incur a charge.

Service Standards

We will do our best to make sure we deliver this service to you in the timescales given below. Due to increases in demand these may not always be met.

  • We aim to treat rats, mice and wasps within three working days;
  • We aim to treat all other problems within five working days.
