Infrastructure Delivery Plan

This paper considers the approach for providing and delivering the infrastructure required to implement the objectives and proposals within the draft Core Strategy DPD. It sets out the policy context at a national level followed by identification of the strategic issues affecting Test Valley before detailing the site specific considerations of the strategic site allocations proposed with the Core Strategy.

The Council has had regular meetings and correspondence with key infrastructure providers during the formulation of the proposals and have engaged with particular bodies from an early stage to inform the locations and deliverability of sites. This paper summarises the information by providing a review of the current requirements of each key topic in the broad terms of within Test Valley before commenting in more detail on the locations of development.
