Supplementary Planning Documents (SPD)
SPDs form part of the Local Development Framework. They provide supplementary information on the policies in the Development Plan Documents (Core Strategy DPD and Designations DPD) and give guidance on how they will be implemented. They do not form part of the Development Plan itself however, but where relevant will be used when considering applications.
- Affordable Housing SPD Adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) in March 2008.
- Infrastructure & Developer Contributions SPD Adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) in February 2009.
- Cycle Strategy & Network SPD Adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) in April 2009.
- Andover Town Access Plan SPD Adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) in September 2012.
- Romsey Town Access Plan SPD Adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) in April 2011.
- Test Valley Access Plan SPD Adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) in September 2012.
- Shopfront Design Guide SPD Adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) in September 2010.
- Village Design Statements (VDS) Viallage Design Statements produced since Autumn 2004 have the status of SPD.
