Andover Town Access Plan SPD

The Andover Town Access Plan (TAP) sets out a strategy that will positively contribute to improving access to facilities and services within Andover. It acts as a mechanism for allocating and directing funding towards these improvements.

The Andover TAP, Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), was originally adopted by the Council on 29 April 2009. However, as an evolving document, it was reviewed July 2012. It was approved at the Cabinet meeting on 10th July 2012 and was adopted by Full Council on 12th September 2012. It forms part of the Local Development Framework.

The SPD regulations require the following documents to be prepared to accompany the process of consulting and adopting the SPD.
