Cycle Strategy & Network SPD

Our Cycle Strategy & Network Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) has been produced to give details on our overall vision for cycling in Test Valley. It will ensure that the facilities are in place to enable cycling to be a safe, attractive and viable transport choice within the Borough.

The SPD was adopted by the Council on 29 April 2009 and now forms part of the Local Development Framework (LDF) for the area.

The Cycle Strategy & Network SPD is available on this page, along with accompanying documents required by SPD regulations as part of the consulting and adoption process.
