Romsey Town Access Plan SPD

The Romsey Town Access Plan Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted by the Council in April 2011. The document sets out a strategy for how access to facilities and services within Romsey will be improved. It identifies the main transport issues and in particular any barriers to access and seeks to address these.

The TAP has been prepared jointly by Test Valley Borough Council and Hampshire County Council. It now forms part of the Council's Local Development Framework (LDF).

The SPD regulations require the following documents to be prepared to accompany the process of consulting and adopting the SPD.
