Test Valley Access Plan SPD

The Test Valley Access Plan Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) sets out a strategy that will positively contribute to improving access to facilities and services within Test Valley (excluding Romsey and Andover which have their own Town Access Plans). It acts as a mechanism for allocating and directing funding towards these improvements.

Adopted Test Valley Access Plan (SPD)

The Test Valley Access Plan was originally adopted by the Council on 29th June 2010. However, as an evolving document, it was reviewed July 2012. It was approved at the Cabinet meeting on 10th July 2012 and was adopted by Full Council on 12th September 2012. It forms part of the Local Development Framework.

Draft Revised Test Valley Access Plan (SPD)

A consultation draft Test Valley Access Plan SPD has been produced to review and update the SPD adopted in 2012. The formal consultation period was between Friday 7th November to Friday 16th January 2015. The consultation has now closed and the comments received were considered by Cabinet on July 2015.

The revised document will be available shortly. The SPD regulations require the following documents to be prepared to accompany the process of consulting and adopting the SPD.
