Chilworth VDS SPD

A Village Design Statement (VDS) Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for the Parish of Chilworth, except for the part within Valley Park Ward, was adopted by the Council on 22 February 2006. This document now forms part of the Local Development Framework (LDF) for the area. The LDF forms the basis for decisions on land-use planning affecting that area.

The SDP regulations require the following documents to be prepared to accompany the VDS as part of this exercise.
