Car Park Season Tickets
The Council operates a small number of car parks in Andover and Romsey for which Season Tickets can be purchased. Season Tickets provide regular car park users with the option to purchase either Quarterly or Annual Parking Permits at a discount of approximately 40% of the daily equivalent rate over five days per week.
Season tickets spaces are limited. For more information on current vacancies and waiting lists please contact the Parking Office on Tel: 01264 368000.
Payment
Season Tickets can be paid for either as a quarterly or annual lump sum.
Season Ticket Prices
Annual Season Ticket - £680.00 per annum
Quarterly Season Ticket - £200.00 per quarter
Shepherds Spring Lane Car Park only (Discounted Rate)
Annual Season Ticket - £530.00 per annum
Quarterly Season Ticket - £150.00 per annum
Romsey Sports Centre 9 months September to May only £96.00
Romsey Sports Centre Any 3 months September to May £37.00
How to apply
We are unable to offer the form online for you to download and you cannot make your application online. If you would like to purchase a season ticket, please contact the Parking Team on 01264 368000 or carparks@testvalley.gov.uk. We can confirm which spaces are available in each car park and send a form out if you wish to proceed. Alternatively, if you would rather wait for a space to become available in a more suitable car park, we can take your contact details and put you on to a waiting list.

Renewing your permit, paying for a new permit or changing your address details
You can now renew your permit online, pay for a permit which we have ‘offered’ you online, and tell us about any changes to your name / address details. To do this you will need to use the pin number which we will have issued. This will be on your renewal notice, offer letter or new permit letter.
