Test Valley Borough Council (‘the Council’) is a Public Authority. The Council is responsible for many functions of a public nature and as such, it is necessary for the Council to collect and process personal data about a large number of individuals. The Council is committed to complying with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
