Community Governance Review

Test Valley Borough Council is carrying out a community governance review.

The aim of the review is to ensure that community governance (i.e. parish) arrangements in Test Valley reflect the identities and interests of the borough’s communities, and are effective and convenient. In order to achieve this, we are seeking the views of local people.

The review will be conducted in accordance with the terms of reference, which were agreed by Full Council on 8 November 2017. The terms of reference are available to download under Part twelve: Useful documents.
