Applications for a Housing Payment should be submitted online, DHP Application Form (1.3)
Please note, the application form is the same as the Discretionary Housing Payment form previously used. This will be updated in due course.

Chapter 4: If you disagree with a Housing Payment decision
Housing Payments are part of the Crisis and Resilience Fund, not a statutory benefit. They do not carry any formal right of appeal to an external tribunal.
