Bus Shelter & Car Park Ticket Machine Shelter Advertising Concessions(updated)

Test Valley Borough Council is seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of advertising on our bus shelters and car park ticket machine shelters. The Council is looking to generate an income from the selling of the advertising. Bidders may submit a tender for one or both of the following Lots:

Lot 1 - Bus Shelter Advertising
This Lot relates to advertising in bus shelters in existing illuminated advertising panels that are provided by the Council. Additional panels may be added over the duration of the contract by mutual agreement.

Lot 2 – Car Park Ticket Machine Shelter Advertising
This Lot relates to advertising on car park ticket machine shelters. Suitable advertising units must be provided and maintained by the successful bidder. This is subject to the successful bidder getting planning and advertising consents.
