Customer Satisfaction Survey
If you have had any dealings with the Licensing Section of the Legal and Democratic Service you may wish to rate the service you received by completing our customer satisfaction survey which you can access via the link at the bottom of the page.
Please note that the Licensing Section deals with the following: Licensing Act 2003 (alcohol, entertainment and late night refreshment); Gambling Act 2005 (betting shops, bingo halls, gaming machines and small lotteries/raffles/draws); hackney carriages and private hire vehicles (taxis and minicabs and also chauffeur services); charity street and house to house collections; scrap metal dealers; sex establishments; tables and chairs on the highway (pavement cafes); and bookings for the charity banner sites in Andover and Romsey.
If you have any comments relating to other areas of licensing, e.g. animal boarding, food outlets, hairdressers, tattooists, street traders and houses in multiple occupation, etc. then you will need to contact the Housing and Environmental Health Service of the Borough Council.
