Exercise and Falls
Regular exercise and physical activity are vital for good health and wellbeing and can help to keep you mobile and active as it can improve strength, flexibility and balance.

Exercise groups and walking groups are available such as Health Walks and Later Life Classes.

Two Forums are held locally where everyone is welcome from individuals, carers or organisations concerned about the wellbeing of older people.  Topics include transport, health care and local issues.
