Bicycle User Group (BUG)

Please note that the next Northern Test Valley Bicycle User Group meeting that was scheduled for Wednesday 18th September 2019, at 6.30pm, has been cancelled.
We apologise for any inconvenience.

We apologise for this cancellation, but it is intended that further forums and consultation will take place in the near future, associated with the development of a new cycling and walking strategy for the Borough of Test Valley.  More details of this will follows soon and this page will be updated in the coming months, with details of the consultation process.  Consultation is also ongoing towards the preparation of a new masterplan for Andover.  Cyclists and all residents are also encouraged to make their views known on this at  http://www.thinkandovertowncentre.co.uk/

First established in 2002, the purpose of BUGs is to promote cycling as a means of travel, and as a sporting, leisure and healthy activity and to discuss cycling issues relating to Test Valley.  The community group meets twice a year.

For more details please see the BUGs terms of reference.

Should you wish to receive details of future bicycle user group meetings and cycling, or to receive a copy of the agendas and minutes, please email the transport planner planningpolicy@testvalley.gov.uk
