- To provide a single point of contact for Ward Councillors
- To provide a link to partner organisations and community networks
- To offer advice on effective ways to engage with your communities to assist them in prioritising their local needs
- To offer assistance and expertise with consultations and engagement activity within your ward
- To ensure Councillors and their communities have access to Ward Profiles and any other useful supporting information
- To provide information and links to the ward based community budget scheme
