Discretionary Rate Relief
The Council offers discretionary rate relief. Further information is available in our policy.
In order to claim discretionary relief, you must complete an application form. You may download the policy and appropriate application form. Alternatively, you may ask for a paper copy to be posted to you by emailing businessrates@testvalley.gov.uk.
