First Homes is a new affordable housing tenure which enables qualifying buyers to purchase a property with a discount of 30% from the open market value, and these homes will be sold by developers as part of the affordable housing mix on developments in Test Valley. Rural Exception Affordable Housing in Longstock

This is a new development which will provide 5 new affordable homes, provided as 4 x social rent and 1 x shared ownership tenure.  The Affordable Housing Provider will be English Rural and the estimated completion date spring 2026.
