What do we need from you?

  • a willingness to be flexible with the rent you charge, with our aim being to keep it as close to the Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rate as possible: Local Housing Allowance rates
  • EPC rating of a minimum D this is to support in moving towards the new statutory minimum of a minimum EPC rating of a C which will be place by 2030.

From 01 May 2026, in line with the Renter’s Rights Act, most new and existing tenancies in the private rented sector will become assured periodic tenancies, or ‘rolling tenancies’. More information can be found at Get on top of the renting changes.
