How do I renew my application?
For your account to remain active, you will need to renew your application once a year. We will send you a renewal letter/email when this is due.
💻 Log into your Hampshire Home Choice account
🧭 Navigate to the ‘My Account’ page
🖱️Click on 'Update my details’
📩 You will need to complete each page of the form and submit the final page.
Even if there are no changes in your circumstances, you will still need to complete an annual renewal by checking each page on the form.
Any change of circumstances may affect your housing register application. It is important we have up to date information to ensure your application is correctly assessed.
If you do not renew your application within 21 days from the date of receiving your renewal letter/email, we will assume you no longer wish to remain on the housing register and your application will be closed.
