Horne and Heaver build a future

Two talented builders from Andover have taken the plunge and launched a new business, Horne and Heaver Home Renovations.

Luke Heaver and Chris Horne offer their clients building services including bathrooms, kitchens, patios and plumbing. With several years of experience behind them, they are already growing their client list and helping many families to improve their homes.

St Mary’s ward member, Councillor John Cockaday, presented the pair with Test Valley Borough Council’s £750 Business Incentive Grant at the authority’s Beech Hurst office. He said: “Luke and Chris are very talented and can carry out a wide range of jobs. They provide the full service, either using their own skills or by calling on partner tradesmen such as electricians and gas workers. Their professionalism comes across in their work and I’d like to wish them the best of luck in this new chapter.”

The Council’s Business Incentive Grants are available to anyone looking to set up their own business in Test Valley. Anyone who successfully applies for the grant will receive a grant of £750 if their business is still going strong six months later.
