The local validation checklist should be reviewed and republished as required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) Part 3, Article 11 (3) (d). The Validation Checklists were last updated in January 2022. The Council has undertaken a review of these lists (12 January 2024) and decided that no material changes were necessary to the previously published lists. Test Valley Borough Council has therefore re-published the Validation Checklists.
