Pre Application Advice
Pre-application advice is intended to provide an initial officer view on proposals and where appropriate to assist with what is required of a planning application. More information is contained in the ‘Pre Application Advice Request’ guidance leaflet.
Fees will apply to pre-application planning advice requests. The fees schedule sets out the charges for different types of development proposals. There are exemptions and reduced fees for certain enquiries.
