Providing the right number of homes in the right places is a key challenge, alongside considering the types and mix of homes we need. This includes thinking about specific accommodation requirements of some of our residents and communities. The approach to health and wellbeing, as well as the facilities and services needed to support our communities, are also considered in this chapter.
