Ashley Neighbourhood Plan
Ashley Parish submitted an application for designation of a Neighbourhood Area covering the parish of Ashley. This was subject to public consultation ending on Friday 13 June 2014. The Council has refused the application in accordance with section 61G of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) on the basis that a relevant body, as defined in legislation, had not submitted the application.
