Romsey Town Access Plan SPD
The Romsey Town Access Plan Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted by the Council on 16 September 2015, following a recommendation by the Council’s Cabinet on 15 July 2015.
The Romsey Town Access Plan SPD sets out a shared vision for how access to facilities and services within the town will be improved. It acts as a mechanism for allocating and directing funding towards these improvements.
The Romsey Town Access Plan was reviewed following public consultation between 2 January 2015 and 27 February 2015. The previous review took place in 2012.
The SPD forms part of the Local Development Framework (LDF) for the area and forma part of the basis for decisions on land use planning.
