Care to be taken in woodland management to avoid damage to archaeological features

Maintain and enhance the pattern of spinneys and shelterbelts

Biodiversity

Conserve, manage and restore chalk grassland

Manage woodland to promote biodiversity

Historic Landscapes

Maintain and enhance landscape setting to historic features and buildings

Retain medieval boundary to Harewood Forest

Built Developments

Maintain the existing form and character of the eastern edge of Wherwell

Infrastructure

Improve the visual and acoustic containment of the A303

Recreation, Tourism and Access

Seek opportunity to increase the recreational potential of Harewood Forest where this is not in conflict with the protection of ecological or archaeological features
