The Electoral Services Team is based
at the Council offices in Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road,
Andover.
We provide the following

Electoral
Registration
The Electoral Services team are responsible
for compiling and maintaining the Register of Electors.
To be able to vote at any election or
referendum your name must appear on the Register of Electors. You
must therefore register yourself and any others at the address
where you live.

Elections
We organise and manage all elections within
the Test Valley Borough area.
We also run other elections on behalf of the
Crown for the North West Hampshire Parliamentary Constituency and
the Romsey Parliamentary Constituency.
We manage and organise elections of behalf of
Hampshire County Council and Local Parish Councils within the
area.
During Election time we recruit members of the
public to help staff the election process.

Electoral Boundary
Reviews
Where the Council is permitted by statute, we
review the location and boundaries of electoral areas to ensure
they meet the needs of all the electorate. These include
Borough Wards, Parish Boundaries, Polling Districts and Polling
Places.
