Freedom of Information: Business Rates
Business Rates accounts in credit
By the 15th day of each month, we publish a list of all Business Rates accounts which:
- are currently in credit, or
- have unclaimed credits that have been written on
This is in Microsoft Excel format and it comprises the following information over two worksheets:
Worksheet 1 (current credits):
- Local authority reference number
- Primary liable party name
- Full property address
- Primary liable party contact address
- Credit value
- Year which the credit relates to
- Account start date
- Account end date
Worksheet 2 (unclaimed credits):
- Local authority reference number
- Primary liable party name
- Full property address
- Primary liable party contact address
- Unclaimed credit value
- Year which the credit relates to
- Account start date
- Account end date
Please note that we only publish information relating to accounts and properties where the ratepayer is a company.
