Andover Town Council (Downlands Ward) By-Election: 30 July 2026
Registering to vote
In order to vote in these elections, you need to be registered on the Register of Electors and you must be:
- Resident in the Downlands Ward of Andover Town Council on the date of the election;
- A British, Irish or Commonwealth citizen, or a citizen of Cyprus or Malta;
- A citizen of Denmark, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal or Spain;
- Citizen of another EU country, if you have had permission to enter or stay - or not needed permission - since 31 December 2020, and this has continued without a break;
- 18 years old or over.
If you are an eligible elector and you are already on the Register of Electors in the Downlands Ward, you do not need to re-register for these elections.
