Crisis and Resilience Fund

 The Crisis and Resilience Fund is funded by the UK Government.

The fund provides financial support to eligible households experiencing financial hardship or an emergency. It aims to help residents facing immediate difficulties and support longer-term financial resilience.

 

What support is available?

 The fund may provide:

Crisis payment

A crisis payment may be available if you are facing an emergency or unexpected financial hardship and need help with essential living costs.

Housing payment

A housing payment may be available if you are struggling with housing-related costs and need support to remain safely housed.

Each application is assessed on its individual circumstances and funding is limited.

Who can apply?

 You may be eligible if you:

  • Live within the Test Valley borough area.
  • Are experiencing financial hardship.
  • Need help with essential costs due to an emergency, unexpected event or exceptional circumstances.
  • Meet the scheme criteria.

Eligibility does not guarantee an award. Applications are assessed against the fund criteria and the funding available.
