The premises are a 75 square metre retail unit located in the Chantry Centre which will be shared by a number of individual vendors located within this space. Some of those vendors may sell alcohol and so the application is for sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises for the hours of 0800 to 1900 Monday to Wednesday, 0800 to 2300 Thursday and Friday and 0930 to 1830 hours Saturday. However, as per the comments in the application these are the longest hours that are requested to tie in with potential special events and it is likely that in most cases the premises will trade on shorter hours.
