An application has been received from Mr B Thettayil and Mr M T Jose for the variation of the existing Premises Licence in respect of Dean Garage, The Dene, Hurstbourne Tarrant, Andover SP11 0AS. The application seeks to extend the hours for sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 0700 to 2200 hours daily (currently the licence allows 1000 to 1930 hours Monday to Friday, 1000 to 1800 hours Saturday and 1000 to 1700 hours Sunday).

An application has been received from Rachel Gibson on behalf of Wine Utopia Limited for a new Premises Licence in respect of premises at Unit 1, The Vine, High Street, Stockbridge SO20 6HF. The premises will be a wine merchants and the application seeks sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 0900 to 1900 hours Monday to Saturday and from 1000 to 1600 hours Sunday. Whilst the majority of sales will be for consumption off the premises there will be wine tasting evenings and so the application seeks an extension for such occasions until 2100 hours on no more than 12 times a year.
