An application has been received from Hector Berman for a new time-limited Premises Licence in respect of land at The Warren, Warren Court Road, West Tytherley, Hampshire. Please note the nearest residential property is Warren Court Farm, Warren Court Road, West Tytherley, Salisbury SP5 1LU.
The application is to facilitate the holding of a small festival from 10-12 July 2026; a similar application was made last year. The application seeks live music, recorded music, provision of late-night refreshment and sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises as follows:
- Friday 1400-0200 hours the following morning
- Saturday 1200-0300 hours the following morning
- Sunday 1200(1300 hours for alcohol)-2300 hours.

The application seeks to vary the existing Premises Licence to extend the terminal hour for supply of alcohol for non-residents in the main bar until midnight Monday to Saturday and from 11.00 to 23.00 on Sundays. Also, for approval of new layout plans to rearrange toilet and kitchen provision, to create a new bar servery in the bar, open up a new restaurant area into what was previously the Garden Room, connected to the main bar.
