I have received an application from Jane Ray for a new Premises Licence in respect of 28 Hedgerow Close, Rownhams, Southampton SO16 8JU. The premises are a private residential property one room of which will be used to store alcohol prior to delivery; the applicant wishes to provide a business delivering pre-packaged alcohol with all orders being received via the internet. The application seeks sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 1000 to 1800 hours Monday to Friday and 1000 to 1600 hours Saturday and Sunday.

I have received an application from Luke Moore for a new Premises Licence in respect of Mulberry House, Stockbridge Road, Timsbury, Romsey SO51 0NG. The  applicant wishes to provide a business delivering pre-packaged cocktails with all orders being received via the internet. The application seeks sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 24 hours a day, seven days a week but this is solely to allow receipt of internet orders at any time of the day. Deliveries will be made during the daytime and there will be no callers to the premises.
