An application has been received from from Namtej Singh Sanghera for a new Premises Licence in respect of NISA Local, Homestead House, Dairy Road, Andover, SP11 6YG.

The application seeks to provide the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 07:00 – 23:00 daily.

The application seeks:

Sale of Alcohol (Thursday to Saturday 10:00 – 00:00, Sunday 10:00 – 22:00), on and off Premises

Recorded Music (Thursday to Saturday 10:00 – 00:00, Sunday 10:00 – 22:00)

Live Music (Thursday to Saturday 10:00 –00:00, Sunday 10:00 – 22:00)

It should be noted that the Premises Licence will only be used for one off events.  Each event will be different in nature and size.  It is proposed that before any event is held an Emergency Event Plan will be pre- agreed and assessed by the relevant Authorities.

An application has been received from Beggars Fair Festivals Ltd for a new Time Limited Premises Licence (11/07/26) in respect of the following addresses in Romsey: Bell Street, The Hundred, Church Street, Church Place, Cornmarket, Latimer Street, Latimer Walk, Love Lane, Market Place, The Meads, The Abbey, Memorial Park, County Library Station Road, Smith Bradbeer & Co Ltd Bell Street, Railway Station forecourt

The application is for the Beggars Fair for one day (11/07/26) from 10:00 – 18:00, a family friendly festival of free music, dance and street entertainment which has been held annually for over 30 years. Events will take place at various license premises (pubs and restaurants) and other venues such as churches and local businesses which do not require cover under this premises licence application. The licence is required to cover music, dance, and other performances at outdoor stages in the Cornmarket, Market Place, Church Place and the Memorial Park and various street performances in the road closure area (authorised). Events will also be held at the Library, Railway Station and outside Bradbeers store.
