The Village Shop Network
The Village Shop Network is dedicated to supporting independent and community-run shops within the Test Valley area.
Established by the our Economic Development and Communities Teams, the network aims to provide guidance and assistance to village shops to help ensure their sustainability and to support access and supplies for local communities.
Currently, the network includes 13 shops and two community market garden enterprises.
Quarterly meetings are conducted at one of the retail locations to provide attendees with an opportunity to share their experiences and insights.
Additionally, members have access to a WhatsApp group, offering a convenient platform to share advice and information, ask questions, and discuss topics of interest.
