Guidance for successful applicants

  • How is the outcome of an application communicated? 

    We will let you know the outcome via email in the form of an outcome letter. Successful applicants will be required to accept the terms and conditions of the grant offer and return the acceptance form.

  • How long is a grant offer valid for? 

    The grant offer is valid for 2 years from the date of the outcome letter.

  • How is the grant funding paid to a successful applicant? 

    We will reimburse the applicant 50% of each valid invoice recieved up to the maximum amount outlined in the outcome letter. We encourage applicants to send us their invoices as soon as recieved and receipts bacthed together monthly to CAF@testvalley.gov.uk with your reference and contact details. The applicant has 2 year to claim the funds awarded.

    We only pay the applicant and never the supplier/contractor directly.
