Public Spaces Protection Order - Dog Control
The Council proposes to keep in place for a further 3 years an existing Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) to cover Test Valley Borough Council’s district in relation to dog fouling and the control of dogs. If the PSPO is not extended then it will cease to have effect after 16 June 2026.There are no changes proposed to the existing PSPO, details of which are available at: https://testvalley.gov.uk/communityandleisure/communities/communitysafety/public-space-protection-order-dogs
